Each morning began with a breakfast that featured a commendable assortment of options, including freshly baked bread, local cheeses, and vibrant salads. I particularly enjoyed the varied daily egg dishes, with my favorite being the perfectly crafted omelette. The restaurant, Bade, stood out for its innovative fusion of traditional cuisine with contemporary twists. Lunch and dinner were equally delightful, showcasing dishes that respected local flavors while incorporating global influences. Dining here felt like a true exploration of culinary creativity. I also appreciated the attentive service from the staff, who were friendly and eager to accommodate guests' needs. My interactions, especially with the young student servers, added a uniquely refreshing touch to my dining experience. The combination of exquisite dining in a picturesque setting makes the Diplomat a lovely destination for food enthusiasts and families alike.
